Thanks for the reccomendations. I started with Army. First year of recruiting is a bit of a nightmare, but they're a fun team to play with.

Army, Navy, and AirForce and built to succeed in NCAA 14 because of 3 factors:
1. They have high Tradition and Academics ratings
2. They run an offense that is favorable when it comes to simulating games.
3. Because of the two factors above they win a lot and end up recruiting like a powerhouse (They are already set to recruit nationally because of their built in pipelines).
I say all this to let you know that you will have a fun and easy time building Army up.

There are a lot more references out there. I tried this once and it was brutal. It did make it better however, when I finally had a winning season with Army. Then.......I left for greener pastures.
