Hopefully he didn't have a clue about the release date or got wrongful information on it I hope....but it makes me wonder

And isnt the 15th on a Friday ? Which means the games would ship on the 15th and not get to everyone until the 18th ?

Maybe he is referring to the date that the retail stores will have it available.
