Substitutions from playcalling screen?

Since there are some betas out there, I figured I would go ahead and ask this question. Is it possible, to say, sub in your 2nd string RB from the play-calling screen? I love these quick substitutions, its so much easier than pausing the game and going to the depth chart.

I don't think they are there, from the screenshots I've seen it doesn't show them like Madden has. I really wish this option was in there too. I imagine you will be using Auburn a lot too, right fishpa? With that feature, it sure would make it a lot easier to send Ronnie Brown and Tre Smith into the game to give Cadillac a break. Oh well.

Since you're asking about gameplay:

I'd love to know to the extent of the 'custom playbook' feature this year.

Any new formations on offense, AB? Can we create our own plays? How does it work?

Please let us know.

Thanks.

CrHawkeye:

Hey man.

I very seriously doubt that custom plays (aka create-a-play/formation) is in the game. This would be a MAJOR feature and EAS would be hyping the heck out of it.

Custom playbook IS being hyped and is in the game. Play/formation editor is not.

I don't know if i'll be able to buy ncaa 2006. i got my ps2 back in '02 and have gotten every NCAA since 2003, but i've never gone without the caddy. There will be some definite withdrawal going on...

Why won't you be able to get NCAA 2005?
