NCAA Online Dynasty stories not showing up?

Does anyone else have this problem? I just had the greatest game ever on my online dynasty, uploaded absolutely everything (photos and videos) and when I get on my PC it always shows this:



Help? I'm hoping it's just a network thing, because I wanted these highlights to be savable.

It's been doing that for the last few months, as far as I know it doesn't show up for anyone

Same for me. My buddy and I restarted with new rosters in early July. Our stories have never shown up. (I thought it may be because we put App Sate & Georgia Southern in the game via Team Builder but I wasn't sure).
