Coach Home Proximity Rating

I noticed that coaches have a Proximity to Home rating from 0-11. Does the rating have any affect on the game? If so, what is the rating based on?

Using the EA DB editor. There is a spreadsheet that contains the field names as determined by some of the users. Field PHPV on the COCH tab is listed as Home Proximity. Some of the editor config files available on here reference it to mean Home Proximity.

I was wondering if that had an effect on where coaches choose to move to during the coaching carousel.

I'm also wondering if it really is Home Proximity at all. Could it be Coach Prestige instead? I'm not where I can fire up the Xbox and compare the data in the editor to the game data. There is also field CRAT that is marked as coach rating, but I wonder if this is job security. Coach Prestige is the only thing in the coaching area for each coach on a grade scale. Security is on a 0-100 scale.
