Just figured it out. I started from scratch and removed everyone except Tex, Ok, TTU, and Ok St. Then I re-added the teams in order based on the matchups I wanted: Kan, KSU, Bay, TCU, ISU, WVU. This put all of those matchups in Week 14 and basically made Week 15 a random conference matchup for each team.

Re: Any way to manipulate conference schedules?

Ok, here's another one:

Week 14 in the Big Ten is set up as such:
Michigan-Ohio State
Minnesota-Wisconsin
Nebraska-Iowa
Illinois-Purdue
Maryland-Michigan State
Penn State- Indiana

I want to keep the first 3, but rearrange the others this way:

Indiana-Purdue
Illinois-Northwestern
Maryland-Rutgers
Penn State-Michigan State
