DLC Uniform Packs

You see, I recently re-purchased NCAA 14. I still had everything saved on my hard drive from when I previously owned the game. Including the uniform packs DLC. However, the uni's from the packs are now nowhere to be found in jersey selection. Can't find Tx Tech's gray uni's or TAMU's black. Does anyone know what my problem is or what it might be? The only difference between then and now is that due to circumstances, I can no longer play with an internet connection. So I can't simply re-download.

If you can connect to the internet just once (not xbox live, just a connection) and transfer the digital rights, it should restore all of your DLC.
