Created Players' player progression....

Does anyone know if created players progress the same as existing players? I hated that last year a created player would only progress 1-2 points a year. If you had a player that was not in the game, you had to inflate his ratings so that he would be accurate when he was a starter in a few years.

This was checked at another forum and I believe the player progressed 6 after his first year, plus another 2 during the year. So it looks like that has been changed.
