Creating New Coach

So I understand that a lot of people, instead of starting a new dynasty, will create a new coach in their ongoing dynasty and go to wherever offers them. I'm planning on doing that, and I wanted to know how people decide what team they go to before doing the carousel. I don't want to do a bad team in fear of not getting any offers, but on the other hand, I don't want to go to a good team and erase that coach permanently.

I usually look for a coordinator with a low level (indicating that hes relatively new to the game) that's on an over performing team. That way he'll have C+ or higher prestige, giving you a larger selection of teams to go to, but you aren't taking an experienced coach out of the game.
