sorry if this has been posted.

1st off, lemme say. The "slowdown" in the xbox version is nowhere NEAR as bad as people suggest imho. Its very subtle, and has no effect on the game what-so-ever.

BUT, if you do want to get rid of it, in the Options, turn Camera Shake OFF. I've done this and have had no "slowdown" in 2 games.

Hope this works for others.

Try playing at Notre Dame at noon. For some reason at Noon time I get slow down, but when set to Night, I don't.
