Great read! Just have to divide the real scholarships to NCAA 14 number of 25 a year. I have printed this out and this is my blueprint of building offense and defense. You could do offense one year and the defense the other or go in half and recruit for both side of the ball.

I've used this too as a base for building my team. It also doubles as a way to get a team identity going.

With this article I've built a spread-to-run offense paired with a 3-4.
