I ordered and got the discount for ordering madden and ncaa, but ncaa has yet to ship. Anybody else do this?

I ordered from thenm months ago. I decided to call them about a week before the game was to ship. Found out that it was on backorder, so i cancelled the order and picked it up at EB on the day of release.

Wish I could go that route but they already charged my credit card.
