My Question To EA And Their Response

MY QUESTION
NCAA 2005 has noticible slowdown. I have a high def TV (NOT A PROJECTION TV)and use Microsoft's high def cables. Many of my friends have regular TV hookups and are experiencing the same problem. Give me a reason why my friends and I shouldn't be given a full refund or have this problem corrected!! What does EA have to say about this?

Please reply back with the following information, this will help us track down what may be causing your issue:

1. The X numbers on the back of your controller(s), and if your have the Xbox DVD remote hooked up to your system?
2. The X numbers on the back of your memory card(s)
3. Do you have an Xbox DVD remote hooked up to your system?
4. Do you have a HDTV hooked up to this game?
5. Have you changed any of the video settings?

One thing to try before replying is make sure you have tried to delete your save/configuration files before re-attempting to play.

I have a regular tv, new xbox and no dvd-thingie hooked up and i still see a little slowdown. turning off dolby digital and going to ncaa classic cam helped me out a good deal tho..

Is this problem only on the XBox? I have it for the PS2, and while the gameplay is slower than last year, I wouldn't exactly call it a major "slowdown", or enough so where I would want a refund.
