Re: 7/16, 91 yards and a TD at halftime of a home game...

sounds like my last game. my starting QB, Jay Cutler (Vanderbilt), was 4-16 at halftime for like 56 yards. i was playing at Kentucky but i've been having problems all season throwing the ball but this was my worst game. he finshed like 6-21 for 193 yards 1 TD 2 INT. he had a 83 yard TD so that was a big chunk of yards.

i'm trying to stay in the pocket as much as i can but i've always been a scrambling QB. not like take off and run, but move around. i'll stay in the pocket then move left and right. i'm watching my receivers a lot more and looking for the open guy. the worst is my WRs will catch it then barely get hit and drop the ball. i'm averaging about 10 drops per game.

I have been console gaming for 30 years. I have been there for every inception of Madden, NCAA/Bill Walsh, etc on every platform. I have played these series to death. I know what I am doing, and I know how to play EA football games.

Its the game.

What console were you playing in 1974? Considering the Atari didn't debut until 1979, with the first football game not coming out until 1982, I think you should take some math classes at your local college.

Hang in there, you will get it. You sort of have to anticipate what receiver is going to be open and throw it right before he cuts or gets into a hole in the zone.
