Indy company working on new ncaa game??

I would want an edit function and sharable content. I don't have the desire or patience to edit all 128 teams, but if there was a way for me to download someone else who did I would be more interested, or even if there was a way to edit stuff as a community.

Teambuilder was fantastic.

A generic current gen version of NCAA 14 with something similar to teambuilder would get a ton of interest from college football fans. Previous college games just scratched the surface of what is possible. Things like revenue the school allowing for upgraded facilities - better facilities = better player progression and better recruiting. Coaches having attributes which impact progression and recruiting.

The recruiting aspect alone makes NCAA more interesting for me than Madden. It's a shame it didn't last one more year so we could get to current gen graphics.

Editable on console AND via external means, i.e., computer would be most ideal --especially considering 128 FBS teams.

this makes me cautiously optimistic...

I guess a lot depends on how well the community/user edit-system is laid out/available.

Then game physics... which cant be easy for someone to walk into without a base-game that has evolved over 20 years or so.

I really liked the espn style presentation of EA.

It would be great if they can add some more features to the dynasty-type mode... like someone said: finances. Would be cool if you could create your own traditions and such.

how about the ability to make your stadium larger? makes sense if you are a "1 star" school then 10 or so years later you are a "4 or 5 star school" with sellouts while you constantly go 12-1 or 13-0 every season while you see how many fans you turned away each game.

and how about the ability to hire your own offense and defensive coordinators? i hated not being able to resign the ones i had and the computer just hiring someone for me.

how about creating and deleting conferences? i might want to bring back the WAC
