Glitch: Two Facemasks on One Helmet

NCAA Football '14 for the Xbox 360


I have come across the strangest glitch in my game.


It happened when I first began using the EA DB Editor. I was mixing and matching facemasks with different types of helmets and when I imported my roster back into my Xbox 360, I noticed that every player with the "(6) Kicker" facemask now has both the "Kicker" facemask and the "(29) DNA 5" facemask together, attached to the helmet at the same time. No other facemasks are affected, only the "(6) Kicker" option.


I have tried deleting everything to do with the game from my Xbox 360's HD, including game installation, saves, and profiles. I have started over with the default roster.


I am thinking it has something to do with my hard drive. No other players who use my roster shares have experienced the same glitch.


Any ideas?

OP might've made a discovery to make new facemasks

I noticed this as well. I edited some players facemasks and after doing so, this is what shows up for the kicker mask. so weird.

Yeah that's been in the game since day one. That's the "Kicker" facemask on the Standard, Schutt, and AirXP helmets.

You can actually see the original kicker mask hidden in there, but somebody in the art dept goofed and layered a DNA mask on top of it.
