The AI players are being unfairly boosted in terms of speed on All American.

Now, I'm used to seeing something like this on Heisman... hell, anyone that knows EA's games knows that the highest (4th) difficulty has always been a bit less realistic in terms of the next lowest from that (3rd). Seeing an 83 speed player consistently run down a 93 speed player doesn't seem out of the ordinary in Heisman. It's always been that way in terms of difficulty for the highest level...

But damn it, this year, they went too far. It's in All-American.

I've set up the same scenario repeatedly and all the time, the CPU 83 speed player outruns my 93 speed, 97 overall player. In the open field on a breakaway run.

I KNEW there was a problem with players breaking away from the pack for big scoring plays...

Hasn't happened to me. I've busted a 50, 55, and just tonight a 79 yarder with guys right on my heels and they didn't catch me.

it's definitely happend to me as well.

I've just accepted it though. what else is there to do?

Doesn't happen to me. Not sure what your dealing with. I know that players get slower if they have the ball but i don't know how slow.

couldn't that also be from the HFA since it does effect player ratings during the game, not to mention the fact that fatigue could also be the cause.

I'm playing on heisman level right now and haven't noticed any speed cheat at all. This is my first year trying heisman and it's great.

There's definitly a speed cheat in Heisman this year. It is next to impossible to out run D-linemen east or west like in last years game. Hell don't even think about reversing the field. This I am basing off fast QB's, but ithis is a problem for RB's as well. The closest thing to the Heisman level from last year is All-American so since as long as that damn speed cheat is there this will be the only level I play till06 comes out...

Hum...doesn't happen to me.

I just had my 76 Sp QB juke a DB then outrun him for a 55+ yard TD run off a bootleg. It was the sweetest play I've seen so far.

The DB was an 87-88 SP.

Not having a problem like that, but a 83 speed receiver outran my 95 and 98 speed corner backs.
