...how do you manually make the offense look towards the sidelines? It's been a long time...

Change the head coach's no huddle tendency. It's been a while, but I believe "normal" won't have them looking to the sideline, while "fast" (or whatever it's called) does.

Because of that, I have the blazing teams set to normal and the slower methodical no huddle teams set to fast.

Got you. Would this be the same for the user too? Will they automatically look to the sidelines or do I have to? And if I have to how is it done.

If your user HC is set to the correct no huddle (which I'm pretty sure is normal) your guys will look to the sideline when you audible I believe. Even audibling to the same play will cause them to look.

Head coach tendency for no huddle must be "aggressive" and when you audible the play they look to the sideline.
