90 or better overall ONLY except for redshirt Jrs.

That's my general rule. If they're 90+ I can't convince them to stay. RS Jr. I can't convince to stay either, regardless of rating. My 87 overall strong safety went to the draft after his RS Jr. year, went in the 5th round.
