Unrealistic SI cover

At the start of the fifth season of my Michigan dynasty, the preseason SI cover reads "Guilty! Buffaloes put on sanctions for not playing by the rules.''
Colorado received one-year's probation.
Shocking that something like this could happen. EA really needs to make this game more realistic.

Sadly I was on the cover for that after year 3.

ehh or anyone else, how high was your NCAA interest the year before you got put on probation. Mine is halfway up and I was wondering if you can get nailed without it being full. Thanks.

Mine wasn't even CLOSE to being haflway up. It was probably less than a quarter actually. I was totally taken by shock. I guess it mighta been because I was already on 2 year probation, so it was just the next step in punishing me. I still don't really know what I did wrong.

Re: Unrealistic SI cover

I saw Arkansas lose scholarships in the 2nd year of my dynasty, and their interest meter was a little less than halfway...

uh oh, I better quit letting my players get away with everything. I was being lax until it got too high, I guess I better crack down.

Yeah, what I very unsuccessfully ATTEMPTED to do was use the players discipline rating and go from there based on what the CPU suggested I should do as far as suspension time.

EI if a player with A+ for discipline did something and the CPU suggested he got 2 games off, I would give him 3 quarters or a game because of his A+ disc. rating. Vice versa for players with D or F ratings.

Just to let ya know, DO NOT go that route, it leads you down bad roads.
