Haven't messed with this, but according to my notes...

In the NCAA Dynasty Editor under the Places to Play>Stadiums tab, weather can be adjusted through:

SWFP = fog % (?)
SWRP = rain %
SWSP = snow % (?)
SWWP = wind %

Maybe a combination between the City and Stadium can better dictate weather during a game.

Hi, I'm new here. I'm trying to edit the weather on my dynasty save file in NCAA 03 on PCSX2 using the Madden Xtreme DB Editor. But, I keep running into an error message that won't allow me load up my dynasty. I've tried messing around with the rows SWFP, SWRP, SWSP and SWWP as well as others for Air Force but no cigar. I believe these mean Fog, Rain, Snow and Wind. I'm particularly interested in trying to get it to snow in a game while in Dynasty mode. Please help, thanks in advance.

Havent played in years but yes I got a no-rain overcast game twice between the years of ‘04 and ‘14. So once every five years.

That they STILL (“still” as in clear thru to Madden 22 & 23) don’t let us just select game time, temp and weather is obnoxious and stupid and I hate it.
