To be fair, you have to do a LOT of work to make 14 that great game. Takes quite a few adjustments.

I do have a question for you guys that play 12. Do you play with the rosters that was then, or did you find a live roster and import it? I've just started back on 12 and I just cant seem to get over using older rosters

I just did auto name and play my own college universe. It’s helped me stay into it.

Nothing at all wrong with going back to older versions. Heck ive gone back full retro with games period. I bought NCAA 06, Madden 05 and 07...MVP Baseball 05...ESPN College Hoops and i bought an OG Xbox. Crazy thing is...all of those games were jammed packed to the gills with features that games in 2019 that run on way more powerful systems don't have. I think the gilden age of sports gaming was between 04-08 IMO. With that being said MCAA 12 was def the game you wanted if you loved defense...which looking back many didn't and so the next year on 13 they made offense too easy...but tye recruiting was more immersive and deeper. I think 14 is the most balanced and the editors have given it way more life beyond its years too.
