Icon5 Community Sliders, Can't Run and Can't Stop the Run

I have been using Community sliders, the first few games. I like them a lot so far. Understandably I ran the ball very well against lower class teams. Then I ran into my first top 10 team. Now I understand they are going to do better than a outside top 25 team. But I barely run for 50 a game and AI runs for like 150 a game with scrambles and reads. It seems no matter what defense I run, the AI just runs all over my defense. And I am LSU, defense is like a 95 ovr. Any tips?

Well 150 a game is nothing in college. Real life LSU gave up like 140 this past season.

Gotta think tho...IRL that 140 a game is based on 15 min qtrs. Not sure how many minutes a game the OP plays...but i wonder what the number would be if he played 15 min quarters.

You are right, checked their stats for 2018 but offense rushed for 170 on avg lol

I play 9 minute quarters, I see 110-140 snaps a game between both teams, right where it should be. NCAA 14 isn't made to be played on 15 minutes, just not how it functions.

Yeah I play 7 minute quarters

Should be more like 150 on average.

130-150 is in line with real life, though we are starting to see more teams creep up to 80+ plays a game so that could be 135-160 plays a game you'd want to see to match real life. I'm not sure how many plays per game the sim engine inside of this game gets, though, if you want to align your stats to match the game's sim engine over real life.
