I play as Ohio State and have never been forced to schedule anyone after Michigan game. If you drop a week earlier in the year then I can see that it would not let you do it unless you put a game after Michigan. t makes sense if you drop a game you have to replace it later in a different week. Don't drop the game, switch the opponent in the earlier week instead.

change the team thats being scheduled to another team then take that team(the new team) off the schedule
