Brad Nessler and the random generated names

Are all of the last names that the game generates in Brad Nessler's soundtrack?

I am working on a purely fictional roster for all 120 teams for 12 and I am pretty proud of the names I have come up with so far. But if the generated names are said by Nessler in the game, then I would rather have that for a sense of immersion.
