Recommendations?

I am looking to get into PC gaming. I am usually a console gamer who plays casually and I appreciates great graphics more than anything. I really want to get a PC to use RPCS3 for NCAA 14 modding, and also modding other games in general like Madden. What would be some good specs to consider in order for these games to look great? I would play single player modes, not competitively.

you need a really good graphics card. a card with at least 8gb video memory. The more ram the pc the better.
the folks who emulate the ps3 and do not have any issues tend to have very high end graphics cards and high end pc's
if you're not a pc gamer , the cheaper and better option would be to just buy a ps3 or xbox and a used copy of NCAA14.
that ps3 emulator is very finicky, not a good option for those who do not have patience with tweaking emulator settings, etc...
