I have a concern: Team Builder in Dynasty mode?

I have a concern I wanted to bring up and maybe get more info if I'm wrong, etc.

I want to build a fake school and use that in Dynasty mode. I'm Canadian so have no connection to any of the colleges.

I believe i'm correct in saying that they've already told us you can do this, but only via online dynasty mode, right?

The problem is I play on Xbox and I don't have gamepass or any online services. I don't want to have to pay an additional online fee just for this when technically I don't even want to play online: I'm being forced to, to play the feature I want!

Has this issue been brought up with EA? Am I missing info or have it wrong? Will I still be able to use a custom school in dynasty mode offline?

You are posting this online. Do you have no internet at home?

The way teambuilder worked in 14 was you had to be online to create your team and import it to your console. Once you started your dynasty if you weren't online you could play games offline. I created my logos on the paint program of my computer then imported them onto the teambuilder website when I built my school.

Nobody knows what 25 will look like because they haven't released any information about teambuilder. Therefore I can't provide a complete answer.

My bad, I was getting online confused with 'ability to play vs with people' via gamepass. I was making the assumption that team builder would only be available if you ALSO had game pass and the ability to play vs online etc.

My console is definitely on the network. I just don't and won't be buying game pass for online dynasty or online vs. I get now that this won't affect me playing offline, private dynasty with a team builder school.
