Problem with Game Stop code

I purchased NCAA 2110 at game stop largely to get the extra code slots. When I got the game I entered the code on the back of the manual and that worked --I got 12 slots. Then I called the store to see why I hadn't got extra slots and they told me they had forgotten to give me the extra code while I was there . They then gave me the code and I entered it under "pre-sale" code. When I entered it it told me the code was invalid. Then when I entered it again it told me this code had already been entered. I did NOT get any extra slots--What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

Make sure they gave you the right code for your system. I called earlier and got a 360 code that didn't work for the PS3. I called back and the guy gave me a PS3 code and it worked.

Hey wisecav that worked ! They had indeed given me the code for Xbox. I called them got a PS3 code and I am in business. Thanks so much for taking the time to help.
