If you are having trouble finding your school in game:
If you are searching for your team in game using your X360 Gamertag or PSN Network ID as "Author", and your team is not showing up, your team was probably created using your EA Web Persona, instead of your X360 or PS3 Persona.
To find your team:
You should still be able to find your team by searching by the other fields.
1. In the game, select "TeamBuilder", then "Search Schools"
2. Set the "Author" field to "Any"
3. Go to the "School Name/Nickname" field and enter your school name
4. Select "Search"
5. In the search results, find and download your team
If you have created a very common team, it may be difficult to find your team with the above steps. You can still find your team by temporarily renaming it, fixing the name, and then updating the school.
1. In the web app, edit your team and change your team name to something unique.
---1.b For example use "My App State" instead of "Appalachian State"
2. Wait. It may take a few minutes for your changes to get updated in the search table.
3. Use the instructions above to find and download the team with the new name
4. On the web, edit your team, and change the name back
5. In the game, go to the "Manage My Schools" menu.
6. Find your school, select it, and select "Check for School Update"
7. Select the school again, and select "Update and Save School"

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are currently working on a fix that will let you migrate a team from your Web persona to a PS3 or X360 persona. If you currently have a team that you want to move to a different persona, you can either recreate it manually, or wait until we apply this fix.
