need help with tb transferring teams

hello when i finally got the internet the other day i went in to tb to get my teams but when i tried it, it always came up saying no matches found, but that cant be because i created 5 teams. can someone please tell me what im doing wrong, i will have to try when i get off work so im not able to try now but i would appriciate help now. hanks i did open my slots too before i tried to transfer.
1. do i need to do something in tb website first?

As of right now you can't transfer teams from one persona to the other but they're in the process of making it possible.

You should still be able to find your teams (if they're private you have to take them off private for a few minutes), you just have to search by name, city, state etc instead of gamertag.
