TB Help Needed!

A guy in my OD is having problems linking his PSN and EASPW account together so his TB teams arent showing up, its saying web. Anyone else have this issue, or know how to resolve it?

He cant change his persona or create a new one, he gets this message when he tries...

he doesn't have to link it together in order to use his team, he just needs to search for his team's name, find them, and save them..

He has them on his ps3 but the commish cant DL them cuz they say web!
