How do you know who your impact players are when you make a team???

Usually it's the three highest rated skill position players on both sides of the ball. So if you're highest rated skill players are the QB, WR, HB, DE, in that order; the impact players will be the QB, WR and DE.

It might also depend on the offensive and defensive playbooks you choose but I haven't completely figured out if that's a factor.
