Had my xbox since 2006 but never had live, due to slow internet conection. Moving to college in a month or so, high speed internet in the dorms, so which xbox live will I need to just download the TB teams I make?

Also, what all will I need besides an ethernet cord to hook up Live?

You just need silver, the free version.
