I'm going to download someone's created team, and here's what I'd like to be able to do:

1) Can I make edits to the roster (names, skin tone, equipment, ratings, etc.)?
2) Do I have to be connected online to use them/edit them in the future once I've D/L them?

(These answers are based on my knowledge of TeamBuilder from NCAA 10, not 11; take them for what they're worth.)

The answers to both of these questions are "Yes and no". For the first, you're able to make any changes to any team's roster you download that you would from the normal, front-end roster editor...provided you use them in dynasty/online dynasty mode. If you just plan on using them in "Play Now" mode? I pretty sure you'll have to use the roster included with the team. For the later, you're able to use any team any time you want...but if you use them offline, custom logos will be unavailable. Since TeamBuilder logos are downloaded from the EA servers each time you use the team, being offline replaces all custom logos with the EA logo.

Adding to what the previous poster stated, you can only make roster edits based off the front end dynasty roster editor. So you can't change ratings, position, weight, height, hometown or class year; just name, size and equipment.

As far as your second question, people have confirmed that they're able to use TB squads this year without being connected to the internet after the initial download but I haven't tried it.
