I just created a team using team builder and was wondering how I would go about adjusting the ratings. Not individual players but the team rating. It would be nice to not start off with being rated 99's across the board.

edit: I think I figured it out, but I still have a question. If for example I pick UTEP under roster templates, will that make my TB team play at the same level as them? If I picked Alabama would my team be stacked? Thanks.

Yes, the template you choose will reflect the exact ratings of the team, at every position.
