Download Gimp ( its free ) or use photoshop if you have it, find a logo you like on the internet ( alter it however you like ), make the background transparent, and save as .png....I can't remember the size its supposed to be, I haven't made any more logos since last year

I have a unique method, although some Photoshop experience is required. Here is an example. I pick a team name, usually something obscure, so no logos are available, plus I enjoy creating them myself. I find a real image, or painting of something I would like to work with then I draw an outline over the image in bright green or something on a separate layer -- you have to get creative here and design the logo "lines". I then use some effects, usually ''Cutout" and do the coloring from there... Here, I'll show you a few:
