I'm sure they initially planned to have 120 in dynasty and it just didn't happen for whatever reason. Happens with games all the time where the head guy over the game promises something and it doesn't end up materializing for whatever reason.

Now I'm starting to wonder; when he said "new uniforms" does he mean new uniform styles that we can edit or does he mean they added the updated uniforms of current schools.

thats what i took from it too he's probably just saying he updated the uniforms for schools that got them i.e. Arizona State

We were able to use TB10 teams in NCAA11 so I see no reason we can't use TB11 teams in NCAA12.

Great, so I already have my HS Conference created for RTG(Not all mine). I was surprised to see teams from my old HS conference on TB.
I hope we can edit them on the new TB webpage
