Looks nice. Unfortunately, I can no longer make a copy of it for whatever reason. I did that with the original just in case anyone else happened to be on it for whatever reason.

One other suggestion: It's hard for small schools to get good rivalries, since they won't have Heisman winners and will never play 1v2. Also, they'll rarely make it into bowls, let alone happen to play their in-conference opponent in one.

I noticed that too. Even if I maxed everything out for games played, games decided by points (x2), same state, and 50% winning...it comes out as a mediocre rivalry. Now if the teams are in the same conference it changes it to a strong rivalry, but what I just mentioned is something comparable to the Rio Grande Rivalry of New Mexico-New Mexico State.

Re: Rivalry Calculator *COMPLETE*

thanks guys, ill try to figure something out

so i went through and added the "fan base rating" category. i thought this would show how rabid your fans were overall and can apply it to the rivalry. if you have a small school with rabid fans then this will increase the rivalry. i also changed the rivalry ranges again, im just having a hard time figuring out what the cutoffs should be...if you guys dont mind going through and telling me what you think they should realistically be, im all ears.(i.e. arch nemesis = 0 - 10.000, vsr = 10.001 - 25.000,etc)

Re: Rivalry Calculator *COMPLETE*

That made it a lot better, actually. 2 small teams can now have strong rivalries.

Re: Rivalry Calculator *COMPLETE*

Hello,

I don't know if I'm slow or what, but when I click on the second link, I'm unable to see the categories. Is there a trick to understanding the spreadsheet? Looks pretty interesting.

Thanks.

Bump

Philly, could you let me know the categories that are used? I'm just seeing Col A, Col B, etc.

Thanks
