I think that Penn State will go through a "rebranding" before it is all said and done. I think the Keystone will be part of their new image, so that is what I did here. The Keystone with the "S" logo and then a standard "S" that goes on the helmet.

I didn't mess with the field, because I think it is fine the way it is. I did lower them down to 1 star standards and in my Dynasty I am going to start, I am replace that Penn State with this one, moving them to the MAC and placing Pitt in the BIGTEN.

I highly doubt PSU will 'Rebrand.' And if they do, I think it will be much more than just a new logo.

Check mine out if you want. I rebranded them as an Adidas school and made completely new jerseys using the nittany lion logo and new field design to sort of usher in a new era.

so do people really think the B1G is going to drop PSU?

I don't see that happening..but for the sake of conversation lets discuss some possible replacements for them.

Tried to do a total overhaul as far as the look of the team. Also, cupcake roster and horrible pitches outside of Academic prestige.

The B1G will not drop PSU from the conference. PSU is more than just a football school. I guess for people that live outside Pa are clueless on PSU as a athletic school. FYI, PSU wrestling team was back2back national champs, women's volleyball went undefeated for 3 years straight with titles in each of those years.

It's a new era at Penn State, but they'll never change they way they go about doing things as a national power in ALL sports.

This year? It's pretty late in the game...

They may lose some freshman/sophomores...and apparently their starting RB. I doubt they'll lose many JR's or SR's...


However, give it two years (when this years JRs are gone) and the team will be VERY different

Bill O'Brien said they have been discussing changing the uniforms, there are different ideas from simply just adding names to the uniforms to different styles and helmets but it's unlikely anything can be done in time for this year so expect it next year.

Uniforms are always something coaches like to use as a recruiting tool for kids. Penn State always sold that "traditional" look with the plain white helmets with the blue stripe and no names on the plain uniforms.

HOWEVER, when your team/school is part of the worst scandal in recent history, it's usually a good idea to do whatever you can to distance yourself from that regime. So a uniform change is a great idea IMO.
