Holding off on new NCAA till the playoff system is implemented, want to create a school and run with it for a while. Is the NCAA 11 site still up?

Doesn't seem to be up anymore. If it is, it's a mystery as how to get to it.

Knowing EA, it's probably gone.
I'm still playing with my Superstar on Madden 11 and there is a pop-up that tells you that online options have ceased and it encourages you to buy an up to date version of Madden
