Modifying 360 teams to PS3

Had a question for you guys that may have both systems

I have put a lot of detail in to my XBOX 360 NCAA 13 teambuilder teams...got a PS3 for Christmas and got NCAA 13 today for it also. Is there a simple way to modify my teams in TeamBuilder to get it in a PS3 format or do I have to start from scratch with them.

Apologize if this has been asked numerous times. Wondering if I have to change it to a web persona or something else.

Teambuilder teams can be downloaded on PS3 and Xbox. Just search your team on your pS3 and use the timestamp to locate it.
