TB Depth Chart Problems

I just started using teambuilder and I noticed that when I use one of my teams in Dynasty the depth chart gets all messed up. For example, my SS is my starting DT and vice-versa. My WR is my starting QB and so on. Anyone know of a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated. (Also this is my first post so I hope that I'm doing this right )

Just do an auto reorder and cpu will put the best players at each position. Then make any changes you want from there.
