Is it possible to share offline files for Teambuilder teams?

due to inactivity due to work and family stuff, just got back into playing NCAA14 & wanted to download some teams for a dynasty idea I had. Unfortunately, I've discovered that Teambuilder is down for the count this go-round. I know that it's possible to create a new team using the editors, but that it's time-consuming, which is further problem for me b/c of my work schedule.

Is it possible to extract and replace Teambuilder files via Modio (like we can dynasty files)? If so...

A) looking for following teams (in order of precedence): Montana, Harvard, Morgan State, Montana State, Penn

B) if this is possible, would love to see if perhaps some folks can collaborate and create a collection of offline Teambuilder files to share, especially of actual schools (like FCS or schools that were added to FBS after NCAA14 was released)
