Couple things: Appalachian State and GA Southern have moved up to FBS, playing in the Sun Belt this season. Both teams have been completed by the PS3 community team, not sure if you still want to count them or not.

App State under - BigBob-78
GA Southern under - thesportsguru11

Unsure of timestamps, I'm not in front of the game right now.

Is this for ps3 or xbox 360? im looking for an xbox 360 roster

I think you can download a roster from either console, but if you go from the opposite console, just make sure your timestamp is correct (for further info, check the OP).
