Just chatted with them. Got the generic response that it's being worked on. I asked if there was any further information regarding recoding, moving the site, etc. He said none of that information has been given to the advisors (people you chat with).

I asked "It's not being shut down, correct?"

His response was "no, there is no plan to shut down the site or service. It is being fixed, but I have no other update. I'm sorry"

It seems the guy who got info about it being merged with other features actually called EA and managed to get in touch with a programmer or something other than the typical advisors we chat with. I'm not big on calling lol.

Some info other guys got is that it had a major crash. Since EA is in the middle of launch season for all their new games, it takes a back seat for the fix. Nothing new there for us.


On another note, I finally looked at the forum on EA about it. Man, I thought it was annoying with the doom and gloom messages here, it's 10x worse on there lol. Tons of guys don't even know how a site works (saying servers are shut down when they're clearly not, otherwise the page wouldn't even load), and it's basically every other message saying it's gone for good. You all see how frustrated I get with that here, I can't imagine putting up with it there lol
