We are on Goldglover9. Our Teambuilder series has been growing over time but it's basically plateaued. Hard to get noticed. My advice would be to keep plugging away, but ultimately NCAA 14 has to be a supplemental series. Sadly it's just an old game so it's a very niche market.

If we had a fresh updated game on the new consoles, the college football video game community would be thriving right now.

You are absolutely right! I am doing my best to plug away - my Road to Glory character will move into Madden 19, which I hope helps. Also I am on Patreon with the new Doug Flutie's Maximum Football, which will bring back college football next year and I'll likely do some stuff with that. I just love entertaining people.
