Looking to start a rebuild dynasty

Good day,

I am looking to start a rebuild dynasty with a team level 1 or lower.
Anyone know a team preferably found in a distant land like North/South Dakota, Alaska, or Canada?

Since Team Builder is down, I thought I would ask on here.

I would also like a made up team with some good unis.

I was looking for the same and found a few options.

South Canadian Wild Geese
Uniforms are decent. They have a custom logo and were last updated 8/25/18
Highest overall player is an 80 HB

Alaska Tundra Wolves
Uniforms are bland but they have a nice ice cap feel to them. Also have a custom logo. Last updated 6/29/18
All players are 55 OVR so definitely a cupcake rebuilding roster.

Alaska Nanooks
Uniforms are very colorful and they have a custom logo. I feel like it's based off a real team. Last updated 1/28/18
Top three players are 83 FS, 81 K, and 80 CB, all 3 are seniors.

While there's a lot of choices for North Dakota they all seem to have overpowered rosters. Which sadly takes away from a rebuild. But the Bison have some good looking uniforms.
That being said the NDSU Bison last updated 2/14/18 has some decent ratings and the same great uniforms.

Hawaii had a few interesting teams.

Honolulu Turtles (FCS)
They have great uniforms with a custom logo and nice colors. Last updated 7/3/18
Roster looks solid besides the best player being an 85 freshman HB...and a 82 freshman CB named..Jalen Ramsey. XD

Chaminade Silverswords (FCS)
Nice uniforms with a custom logo. Last updated 8/1/18
Roster is good. Best player is 80 OVR Junior HB

New York had a good one too

That being said the rosters are way too OP. The creator must have made himself as there's a 99 sophomore SS and the rest of the team is a little high for a rebuild BUT edit the rosters and you should be solid or just force them all to be seniors.

I am sure I can find more but those stood out on my quick look through on PS4
