Silly 2019 question

I'm preparing to buy NCAA 14 and would love to create the University of Delaware. With the Teambuilder site down, is create a team still in 14 or did you have to use TB to create any new team?

Seeing as it's been 7 years since I've played the game I am drawing a blank as to my options. If I get the game I can download other users created teams correct?

Thanks for the help, just trying to cover all bases before I drop new game money on a 7 year old game.

You can download already made teams, but you cannot edit teams on the team builder website. If you have experience with the ea dB editor, then you can make new team builders, but seeing as you didn’t have NCAA 14, you don’t have to worry about that.

Thanks for the response. Basically I choose which I feel is the best in my opinion and use that team. I can't edit the team once I download however right?

You can't edit uniforms etc but you can edit the roster in Dynasty.
