Is Cap Room EVER an Issue?

I've been playing this for a while, and it seems to be ok, but here's a question. is the cap EVER an issue in this game?

I went to the draft, and as the 49er's, I selected Reggie Bush who dropped down to my selection. The contract was like $6M/year with a $1.2M signing bonus. And with the cap room you start with, it seems like you never have to really negotiate with anyone, because you'll have the $$$ to give them with room to spare.

Keep in mind that the real NFL cap was inflated a lot more this year with the new CBA being put into place. Teams had an abundance of cash to spend in reality, so keep that in mind.

Once you get to offseason number 2 or 3 will be the biggest way to tell.
