XBOX: quick/easy way to back all the way out of menus and move to next task

Is there an easier way than hitting the back button ("B" I think), multiple times to get all the way back to where you can press D pad up and X to move to the next task?

So I take it there is no shortcut to jump to the next task while inside of nested menus?
